Regarding the state of polytheism in Crimea, the Baltics, Ukraine, etc., it's something that others are far better informed about than myself.
When you quote "What if I want to worship the Gods of an 'ethnos' I don't belong to?", I get the feeling that you don't understand that this is a rhetorical question. As I go on to state, I believe that the correct position is based on recognizing Gods as individuals. Worshiping Gods of an ethnos I don't belong to is not a problem in my view.
